Privacy policy
This site collects very little, and stores none of it on its own servers. This page explains exactly what happens when you write to us.

The short version
No form on this site sends us your details without you knowing, and nothing you type here is stored in a database.
When you request a quote, your browser assembles a message and opens it in WhatsApp or in your mail app. You are the one who presses send.
We set no advertising trackers and run no analytics tool.
Who is responsible
KROSS Agency 360, based in Lomé, Togo, is responsible for the data you send us. Our details are at the bottom of this page and in the legal notice.
What we collect, and why
The quote form asks for your name and email address, then optionally your phone number, your company name and a message. We use them only to understand what you need and to reply.
They pass through none of our servers: the form assembles the text in your browser, and you send it yourself through the channel you choose.
Once the message has gone, your details sit in the WhatsApp conversation or in the email. From then on we keep them as we would any business correspondence.
How long we keep them
An enquiry that goes nowhere is deleted after three years. Correspondence tied to a project we delivered is kept for as long as our accounting and contractual obligations require.
Cookies
One cookie is set, named NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers the language you chose, and nothing else. Strictly necessary for the site to work, it needs no consent and cannot identify you.
Your browser also remembers, in local storage, whether you prefer the light or dark display. That preference never leaves your device and is never sent to us.
No advertising cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts. Typefaces are served from this site rather than an outside service: no request leaves for a third party while you read this page.
Who we share them with
Nobody, commercially: we neither sell nor pass on your details.
A few providers are involved technically. Railway Corporation hosts the site. Photographs and videos of our work are served by Cloudinary, which therefore receives your connection address as any image server would. If you write via WhatsApp, Meta carries your message; by email, our mail provider receives it. Each applies its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our using it. Write to krossagency360@gmail.com: we reply within thirty days.
In Togo, personal data protection falls under law no. 2019-014 and the Instance de protection des données à caractère personnel, with which you may lodge a complaint. If you write to us from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation also applies.

This policy will change as the site does. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.
